| The Riley Energy Irons |
Consistency and power are the marks of good irons play. The Energy iron has been designed to produce that. The Energy iron has a constant distance from the center of the shaft to club's balance point. It is the same from the 2 iron down to the Lob wedge. That is not the case with other irons. In other irons sets this dimension shrinks as you go down the set. That means the player has to adjust for that difference with each change of iron. With the Energy iron you are getting the feel for one one balance location. The same location in all the irons in the set. This design promotes the consistency that a good irons game needs.
The Energy also uses a unique weighting design. The cutaway heads below show the increased depth in the balance point of the Energy iron compared to the Repeater 2000 iron.
. The weight is moved back from the face of the club. This design makes the club more stable without having to increase the club's weight. With this weighting pattern the same amount of swing weight is more effective at keeping shots on target. The increased leverage this weight pattern creates also combines with the stronger base materials in the C-4 graphite and XL steel shafts to store and release more of the power from each swing into the ball. If you are ready to put more consistency and power into your irons game, the Energy iron is the club.
